Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using our website and related services, users agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If the user does not agree with any provision of these terms, access and use must cease immediately. The organization may establish supplementary terms for specific products or services; where applicable, those supplemental terms prevail for the defined scope.
Service usage
Services are provided for lawful business purposes. Users must not use the services to transmit harmful, unlawful, or infringing content. The company may suspend or restrict access where there is evidence of misuse, a security threat, or violation of these terms. Performance targets and deliverables for paid engagements are set out in project agreements; timelines are estimates where explicitly described as such and subject to dependencies outside of the company’s control.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the website, deliverables, models, source code, and documentation prepared by the company remain the property of the organization unless otherwise agreed in a written contract. Clients are granted a license to use deliverables for internal business purposes in accordance with the terms of the project agreement. Any third-party components are subject to their respective licenses and may impose additional obligations.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the company’s liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the provision of services is limited. The company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of business. Where liability cannot be limited by law, liability will be limited to the amount paid for the relevant services during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the notice provisions specified in the contract. The company may terminate access to the website or its services immediately for conduct that poses a security risk, violates law, or breaches key obligations under these terms. Upon termination, outstanding fees and any accrued obligations remain payable. The company may retain certain information as required for legal compliance and recordkeeping.
Changes to terms
The company may modify these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means prior to their effective date. Continued use of the services after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users should review the terms periodically to be informed of any changes.
